I stayed in the room that was beautifully clean with the most amazing surprise of an enormous rain shower in the renovated bathroom and available with good space. The staff were amazingly nice, pleasant, would love to come back here some time. The breakfast was generous and great, the check in was friendly. The spa was there to chill out.

Everything here was modern. I will be back. - It was a well-maintained hotel for a trip to Hay. - I was very happy with the easy-going and decent staff and their excellent service. - the location was quiet and perfect for walking around Dunera Museum. - the venue was a brilliant place for enjoying a busy area.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were helpful. The location was ideal, near everything. The breakfast was generous, with plenty of food. The property was right by two clubs, shops, pubs, eateries, and take away food.
